FROM THE DETROIT AREA:
Take I-75 north to Grayling, MI exit #254. Follow business route I-75 through Grayling to M-72. Turn left on M-72 and head west to Kalkaska, MI (approximately 25 miles). Turn right onto US-131 and head north through Kalkaska (approximately 2 miles). Turn left onto M-72 and head west to Acme, MI (approximately 17 miles). Turn left at the light (south) onto US-31 and go approximately 3.5 miles to Pinestead Reef Resort. We are located on the beach-side of US-31 across from the Traverse City State Park campground.
FROM THE GRAND RAPIDS / CHICAGO AREA:
Take US-131 north from Grand Rapids to Kalkaska, MI. Turn left onto M-72 and head west to Acme, MI (approximately 17 miles). Turn left at the light (south) onto US-31 and go approximately 3.5 miles to Pinestead Reef Resort. We are located on the beach-side of US-31 across from the State Park campground.
